Today's AAF Government Report notes that a bill has been introduced in the Minnesota Legislature to tax "specified digital products." Specified digital products is defined to include digital music and videos, ringtones, e-books and electronic greeting cards.
Relevant to the advertising community -- The bill also includes digital artwork and periodicals as specified digital products.
